For better use our products, it is suggested to read the following items carefully;

1.Operation surroundings:
Relative humidity:
surrounding Humidity should be within 20--65% and temperature 18oC--30oC(65--85oF) .If lower than this limits may cause electrostatic charge which will affect paper feeding precision and printing quality, or even damage ink jet head and circuit board in the printer.

2.Storage and transportation:
Products should be stored in a place with an appropriate stable environment (e.g. with a less variety of temperature) to avoid high temperature and direct sun shine,
before application, on the ground and in the air should be kept a dry ,condition
products to be placed horizontal, when stacked up no more than 8 layers.

3.Roll-unwinding / application
When operation ,after opening package and unwinding the roll should wear/carry with soft white cotton glove to Avoid scratch the surface of coating on be infected with / tainted with sweat stain and dirty. The media, when not been used up, should be put back into the film bag and then reinsert the plastic plugs into the roll core from two ends to prevent from the moisture ,which may enter into the coating layer and affect the printing quality .

4.Printing:
Do not use the inferior compatible ink (especially those mixed with pure water).It is suggested to use the OEM ink or reliable compatible ink to ensure the printing quality . Ink of poor quality may seriously influence image quality: low print precision, with deference color, ink bleed and coalescence etc .We recommend that before printing a reserved image ,a testing sample should be made to see if some adjusting on the software is needed , so that to get a perfect result .In respect to other matters need attention , please refer to the manual of the printer .

5. Importance to succeeding process
Do not touch the images before ink became dried, and lay printed sheet horizontal to let it dry completely.
Keep the environment clean to prevent the image from dirty falling On and succeeding difficulties of film cool- pasting ,and When posting the self- adhesive materials, first of all , please keep the carrier clean.
If you use the water-post method you must let the water evaporated completely before ,and then to do the succeeding process .It is suggested , do not use hot-pressing foam for pasting ,because Polystyrene (PS) film with less thickness , rough surface , film, it¡¦s char act is characteristic/specific property rough surface easy crack/burst, break) suggest you to use cold-press hoard. It¡¦s surface is PVC film. It has the characteristic of high smooth finish, high compressive strength/ compressive resistance. high tensile strength.
